Todd C. Donohue

Todd C. Donohue is a ten-year trial attorney with comprehensive experience in handling cases in state and federal courts. He has represented clients in business litigation, oil and gas disputes, personal injury/wrongful death matters, patent litigation, misappropriation of trade secret cases, governmental investigations, commercial lease disputes, nuisance actions, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, banking litigation, construction litigation, product liability matters and premises liability cases. Mr. Donohue has served clients in a number of industries including oil and gas, construction, engineering and procurement, accounting, banking, internet architecture, medical device manufacturing, tire manufacturing and distribution, trucking, food distribution, airline and commercial real estate. Prior to joining THE WOLF LAW FIRM, P.C., Mr. Donohue was a trial associate in the Dallas offices of Thompson & Knight, LLP (2001 - 2003) and Baker Botts L.L.P. (2003 - 2010).

Mr. Donohue is experienced in handling high-exposure, news-worthy and international matters. Mr. Donohue has had significant involvement in securing Indonesian natural gas rights for a Canadian client, protecting patent rights for a North Texas medical device manufacturer and defeating claims of government corruption and misappropriation of trade secrets related to a South American natural resource project.

Mr. Donohue is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Donohue has volunteered for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and the Housing Crisis Legal Clinic.

Mr. Donohue received undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Management from Texas A&M University. He received his law degree magna cum laude from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University. Mr. Donohue was a member of the SMU Law Review and served as that Symposium Editor for the Journal of Air Law and Commerce's Air Law Symposium. Mr. Donohue was elected to the Phi Delta Phi honor fraternity and received the Order of the Coif distinction.
