Cailin M. Ringelman
Cailin M. Ringelman is a trial attorney with over 7 years of experience litigating cases in state and federal court as well as in arbitration. Her practice focuses on civil trial work with an emphasis on railroad litigation and commercial disputes.
A significant portion of Ms. Ringelman's practice is dedicated to the representation of railroads in personal injury cases, with an emphasis on claims under the Federal Employers Liability Act and grade crossing accidents. Ms. Ringelman has also represented companies and individuals in a variety of commercial disputes. She has represented banks in foreclosure proceedings, companies in condemnation proceedings, and companies and individuals in DTPA and breach of contract actions.
Before joining The Wolf Law Firm, P.C., Ms. Ringelman practiced with the firm of Craddock Davis & Krause LLP in Dallas, Texas and Woner, Glenn, Reeder & Girard, P.A. in Topeka, Kansas.
Ms. Ringelman is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Texas, all Kansas state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, all Missouri state courts and the United Stated District Court for the Western District of Missouri. She is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel.
Ms. Ringelman received her law degree, cum laude, from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Washburn Law Journal and was the first recipient of the John D. Ensley Memorial Writing Award. She currently serves on the Washburn Law School Alumni Association Board of Governors. Ms. Ringelman also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Marquette University.
