Trenton E. Gray
Trenton E. Gray is an experienced trial attorney who has litigated cases in state and federal courts. Trent has represented clients in business disputes, commercial litigation, medical malpractice litigation, healthcare litigation, qui tam false claims litigation, Medicare and Medicaid fraud regulatory matters, CMS billing recoupments, personal injury and wrongful death cases, negligence, premises liability, probate litigation, privacy matters, Deceptive Trade Practices Act cases, immigration matters and criminal defense. Trent’s previous clients include several prominent physicians and medical practices in the Dallas area, LLC members and corporate shareholders. Trent is proficient in defending personal injury and wrongful death cases as well as negotiating and drafting asset purchase agreements. Trent has served clients in a variety of industries including medical care, auto services, insurance, and retail. Trent will focus his practice at the Wolf Law Firm on personal injury defense, railroad litigation and business litigation.
Trent began his law practice at Gray & Gray where he worked as a criminal defense attorney, refining his trial practice skills. He also assisted individuals and families seeking immigration to the United States on visa and permanent resident card applications. Trent also worked at Shaw & Associates, P.C. as a trial associate, where he focused his practice on medical malpractice and personal injury litigation.
Mr. Gray represents clients in a variety of legal matters, focusing on litigation on behalf of railroads in FELA negligence and grade crossing cases, as well as litigation on behalf of highway construction companies in negligence cases.
Trent graduated cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law where he was a featured author in the Florida Coastal Law Review. He received his Bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Tech University graduating cum laude. Trent is a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and maintains an active role in its Small Firm Subsection. He is also a member of the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
