Taylor L. Harris
Taylor L. Harris is an associate attorney licensed to practice in Texas state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Taylor has represented individuals and business clients ranging from sole proprietors to Fortune 100 companies including—LLC members and corporate shareholders, banks, real estate investors, technology companies, retailers, and others.
Taylor began his law practice with Mathis & Lucas LLP where he worked with business clients on matters ranging from entity formation and trademark filings to complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the Wolf Law Firm, Taylor worked at Barrett, Daffin, Frappier, Turner & Engel LLP, where he litigated cases on behalf of banks and mortgage servicers in foreclosure, title, and other real property related actions.
Taylor’s professional experience includes representing clients in a variety of commercial disputes including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent misrepresentation, breach of warranty, and fraud. Taylor has also successfully litigated foreclosure actions, forcible detainer actions, and other actions concerning title to real property. Taylor’s experience also includes defending construction defect and personal injury claims.
Education & Professional Affiliations
Taylor attended the University of Oklahoma graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2009. He attended Oxford University’s Brasenose College summer study program in the summer of 2007. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Texas A&M School of Law in 2013 where he was on the dean’s list, a staff member of the law review and member of the legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi. He also attended the University of British Columbia-Vancouver (Southwestern Law School) in the summer of 2011.
Taylor lives with his wife in Lake Highlands. He is a member of the Dallas and Tarrant County Bar Associations and is an active member of the Dallas Young Lawyers Association.
